Great Meadows Monthly Walk - November 2012

A continuing series of monthly walks exploring the landscape, plants
and seasonal wonders of Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge in Concord

Sunset Walk

Sunday, November 11, 2:30 - 4:30 pm

Earthen tones and frosty nights have come to the marshes earlier this fall.  The hardiest plants hold their own now in the fading light and chilling air of these shortening days.  For our final autumn walk, we'll enjoy the splendor of a November sunset and the silhouetted vestiges of summer life in the marsh.
